Got up to the part where you exit the vault via the same elevator you used to get in to the vault at the early start of the game. Upon reaching the surface, I find that i can no longer move. Bypass Fallout 4 character creation bug. You can restart the game, but that may not fix things. Unfortunately a restart might actually result in the bug happening again as you begin a new game.SO, what you wanna do is save the game and then reload that save (IF noclip does not work). For some reason the quest glitches if you have too many quests starting at the vault, or even with one. Ran into that problem a long time ago when modding. One trick is to pull the CC items out (unless you got a mod manager that can disable them) along with any startup quest mods. Then start a new game or try exiting the vault
